The Brief
We were asked to showcase how IKEA has developed over the years since its birth. The client wanted food from across the decades since the 80s.
Our Approach
We made food from different decades on each floor of a townhouse, starting from the 80s. The menu was a fun twist on classic foods from the decades.
- 80’s – kitch food prawn cocktail, cheese, and pineapple
- 90’s – cold pizza & marshmallow crispy cakes with iced gems
- 00’s – nori sushi
- Future….quinoa and ferments and ground ‘bug’ dust
The outcome
We turned a townhouse into a food museum!
