The Brief
The couple were Swedish but the groom had run a Mexican restaurant for many years in Sweden so they wanted their wedding menu to be a mix of these two amazing cuisines.
Our Approach
We devised a menu that incorporated tastes from both countries and alcohol was featured in abundance!
Starter: day boat white fish ceviche
Mains: chipotle shredded chicken, pico di gallo & Mexican rice, beans and slaw
Dessert: el cajeta and churros
21 speeches/toasts (a very Swedish tradition)
