The Brief

The couple were Swedish but the groom had run a Mexican restaurant for many years in Sweden so they wanted their wedding menu to be a mix of these two amazing cuisines. 

Our Approach

We devised a menu which incorporated tastes from both countries and alcohol featured in abundance!

  • Starter: day boat white fish ceviche
  • Mains: chipotle shredded chicken, pico di gallo & Mexican rice, beans and slaw
  • Dessert: el cajeta and churros
  • 21 speeches/toasts (a very Swedish tradition)
  • Shots with every speech
  • Tequila bar

The outcome

A very fresh menu with Mexican and Swedish traditions woven into the event.
